Just a friendly reminder that our HOA members are volunteers and would like to do more good for our community than just keep our roads, common areas, and neighborhood looking good like our founding fathers wanted for our community when they drafted the Covenants. We are here to help with well-being check-ups and more!
Perhaps you have not seen your elderly neighbor in many days? Maybe you went out-of-town and have an odd feeling you left your garage door open? ... Then contact any one of us! We would be happy to visit the home and check out the situation.
We don't want you to think we're only here for ARC requests and violations! We'd rather help in beneficial ways like review what enhancements you'd like to do around your property or recommend someone to help you with the mildew on your siding or any assistance with small tasks you can't handle and have no one else to call. We're here for you! We're your neighbor! Just send email or call any of us--our Board numbers are also listed on our HOA Org chart (it's a new one!).
Yep, still keeping these friendly reminders of areas in our Covenants agreement that are easily overlooked... and result in most of the violations!

Section 20. PARKING SPACES
Long-term Storage of Trailers is disallowed in the Covenants. Recently, there had been many different kinds parked around Swann Estates. We understand short-term needs arise, and these can always be accommodated by a quick call to the Board of how long and when the trailer will be moved. Also, as Summer is ending as well as Fishing, October 15th is when Boats need to be moved until April 15th, 2026.
Section 9. SIGNS and ADVERTISING
Other than Lot for Sale signs, various contractor, lawn care, and advertising signs, particularly after having work performed or lawn treatments, should be removed after 2 weeks past the work being completed.

MOLD & MILDEW!
As the seasons progress, we know how our beautiful sea air can wreak havoc on our homes' siding creating mold and mildew. It is mentioned in our Covenants on page 14, Section 15.
We have compiled a great list of power-washing companies that have been used by our neighbors in the past. Just email us for a listing or check it out in the latest Newsletter.

It's right there in the Covenants on page 13, Section 11.
Let's try to keep these trash containers where they belong when it's NOT Trash pickup day. Trash pickup day is Tuesday so please try to put out trash no earlier than 5pm and put it back before Wednesday morning. It helps keep our Community lookin' good and not "trashy"!
