We are grateful to have a very intelligent and interesting neighbor in our 'hood. Ken was born in Boston and not only has a Dental DMD degree from Tufts, but also a PhD in Physiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also was a Research Fellow at Yale--very impressive. He worked as a Section Chief at the National Institutes of Health and then went on to become a self-employed boat builder for Small Open Boats in St. Leonard, Maryland before retiring to Swann Estates.
He has many interests, besides stepping up to help us! He is a Charter Member & Officer of Southern Calvert Land Trust and a Calvert Marine Museum volunteer and docent. If that's not enough, he also is the President of the Canoe and Kayak Club for Calvert Marine Museum.

Hi neighbors! I am so happy to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to serve as Vice President of the Board and as a member of the ARC Committee.
I absolutely love living in Swann Estates! It truly is such a peaceful community, and I feel so lucky to call it home. Being so close to the beach while still having the option to stay close to home and enjoy the quiet neighborhood life is something I never take for granted.
I live here with my husband Todd, the chef at Catch 54, and my daughter Madison — when she makes it home from college! We are a family of animal lovers, with our dogs who have a lot to say when neighbors walk by and of course our kitties, because life is just better with a house full of animals! When I am not out showing homes or working from my home office, I love making it to the beach, exploring the local nature trails, and of course getting some shopping in!
My background is in the beauty industry, where I worked as an esthetician and nail technician before transitioning into real estate as a REALTOR®. Those years taught me a lot about listening to people and providing the best experience possible — something I carry with me in everything I do.

Lived in Ellicott City MD for the preceding 23 years, with husband Andrew and our boys Luke and Graham, until we moved to Fenwick Island during COVID. Most days I'm on the road running the boys around to school and sports, but in the summer we try to hit the beach every day. The boys are avid fisherman who also love surfing, bike riding and hanging out with friends. We are excited to be settled in Swann Estates with a big bass pond in the backyard!
